Having hosted not one but two winter olympics, it has a rich sports history as well. We highly recommend Lake Placid as your next stop on your summer road trip. Jump out of bed and start off your gorgeous day by grabbing a hearty breakfast at The Good Bite Kitchen. Situated right on Main Street this tiny vegetarian breakfast/brunch place has a lot of character and delicious food.Don’t forget to don your MILLY Bella dress before you head out!
After stuffing yourself until you can’t anymore, why not take a nice break to digest on the lake that gives this town its name? We hear the best way to explore the lake is by boat… and we recommend Captain Marney’s Boat Rental – they’ve been in business for 29 years and rent everything from speed boats and pontoons to kayaks and canoes! So throw on your MILLY Antibes Bikini and hit the water.
You get back from the boat, grab a quick sandwich, grab your MILLY Palmetto Tote and are ready to explore. Why not bring the family along to Fort Ticonderoga for a little American history? It has engaging exhibits and entertaining interpretive events that show you the rich history of the Fort – perfect for the whole family!

Now what about a feast for your eyes? Take in Vail’s stunning mountain ranges on miles of hikes. Try the Eagles Loop on Vail Mountain, a 1-mile ridge top loop. Or Booth Falls, a 5-mile loop featuring a waterfall just a 10-minute drive from Vail.
Love adorable mountain villages? Minturn, Colorado is for you. Just a 15-minute drive from Vail, this adorable village houses a bustling farmers market called the Minturn Market, running June-September.
Feeling adventurous? Why not go on a Horseback Riding trip! Arkansas Valley Adventures offers great rides on two different mountain locations just an hour away from Vail Mountain. 2 hours, half day, full day… you name it!
